The player is required to navigate their character through an urban environment by climbing, leaping, wall-running and other acrobatic maneuvers. Points are earned by performing combinations of such moves, and completing mini-challenges such as checkpoint races. The game received "mixed" reviews on all platforms according to the review aggregation website Metacritic. Dying Light is an upcoming first-person sandbox survival horror game by Techland and Warner Brothers.
It has an interesting tactic that differentiates it from other zombie games, in which the zombies are more docile and, well, zombie like during the day, but turn into hunter-killers at night. It also has a seemingly unscripted system for stumbling upon survivors, and really appears to be two different games during day and night: a typical zombie murderfest during the day and a nail-biting survival-horror at night.
