In system properties, there is a white control panel applet on the left side. In windows Vista, it is green with a swirl design. In windows 7, it's a light blue color. It was stored in Shell However, Windows 10 recently removed all these icons, and bitmaps, from Shell I'm aware of all the MANY other dll files that store icons, but I want to know specifically where this one bitmap is stored, because I want to change it.
