Not perfect but very good. Works great with citing PDFs of journal articles. Can fill out information automatically for newer publications. Way too complex for me and I'm a strong computer user with dozens of types of software. Spent hours trying to figure out how to make it work and time on the phone with EndNote helpline.
Language was a barrier and the guy was impatient with me. I do not recommend for the faint of heart like me who just want my software to work out of the box. I am working on writing a chapter and this makes my life extremely easy,especially the cite as you write feature and the ability to collectread and remotely access from anywhere there is an internet connection,all your articles.
