It can take me longer than that to assemble and edit my project to find out if the jser will work. Companies with poor customer service usually do not get my repeat business and that weak link evokes a lower product rating from me.
I am aware that for a price they will assist users with problems, but my problems fell within the brief warranty period and went unanswered. I then did a restart and used my System Mechanic software to clean up my system.
