The software does not install. Nothing about Logitech. Could this be a BIOS setting issue? I need some help. Did you download it here as there is a version floating around on their web site that is not Windows 11 compatible. The version that is for Windows 10 is smaller in size. They both have the same version number though which I find to be curious. I would also try Logitech's forum here as well.
I downloaded the file from your link and it did not work. It did not bring up any install program. All it did when I clicked on install as administrator was I got a blue circle for one second and them a windows pop up asking if I wanted to allow the program to make changes to the system and I clicked yes.

If the device has not been uninstalled, Scan for hardware changes does not detect the connection of the device as a change.
You must uninstall a Plug and Play device for Windows to start an installation when you connect the device again. When I first setup a logitech kb on a pc I ran the insider previews from march there were no unified reciver drivers for win Updating the driver in device manager fails because the installed driver is the best for the device, even when trying to point to the logitech folder. Uninstalling logitech setpoint does not remove the windows drivers any longer when it used to fall back to a basic driver.
