The Media Creation Tool may help. Make sure to backup your PC before continuing. Click "Download tool now" then run the application. On the "What do you want to do? During the Windows installation, you may be asked for a Windows product key. Select "I don't have one" or equivalent. Windows should automatically activate after the installation when you connect to the internet. Let me know if you have any questions, and if this does not work, there are other steps you can try.
